Description: This session will introduce teachers to a handful of quick and easy formative assessment tools using technology in the classroom. The ability to capture current student understanding is vital in running an effective classroom. Technology allows us to get these snapshots quickly and helps to drive a higher level of engagement with your students. We will show how to use Nearpod, Google Forms, Socrative, Plickers, and Quizzizz as formative assessment tools with usable data! A mobile device is all that is needed for participants, but a laptop works as well!
