Description: Did you know that yoga is linked to higher test scores? It also helps teens get a good night sleep, combats depression, reduces injury in athletes, boosts self-confidence, and helps students with ADHD be able to focus better. In this class you will learn about many other benefits of yoga, and you’ll leave feeling energized and relaxed as we practice a few breath techniques and postures. Half of the class time will be informative and half will be interactive. All fitness levels, ages and abilities will feel totally comfortable!
